If your loss involves an insurance claim, we may use your information to prepare photos, scope notes, and other documentation that supports that claim.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information with your insurance carrier or adjuster only when you authorize us to coordinate with them on your claim. We may also share information with subcontractors or specialists directly involved in your project, solely as needed to complete the work you requested. Otherwise, your information stays with us.

Text Messaging and Mobile Information

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, American Quality Restoration may text you about your service request or project: appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates, follow-ups after the job, and a request to review our work. Mobile information is never shared. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties. American Quality Restoration collects your mobile number and your text opt-in consent (including when and how you gave it) only to send the messages you agreed to receive and to honor opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We keep project-related records, including contact information and job documentation, for as long as reasonably necessary to support the service provided, satisfy insurance or legal documentation needs, and meet standard business recordkeeping practices. Website analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not tied to an individual’s identity.

Your Rights

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and to request that it be deleted, subject to our legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.
